The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)-Mumbai on Tuesday issued a notice to real estate giant Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Pvt. Ltd (SPCPL), seeking its response to an insolvency plea over an alleged default of 2.72 crore.

Chennai-based Intertouch Metal Buildings Pvt. Ltd, a roofing and cladding firm, has pleaded that it hasn’t received payments for its work since October 2022. The firm requested the NCLT to initiate insolvency proceedings against Shapoorji Pallonji and appoint an interim resolution professional.

Former SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton has been banned from being a company director, after his company failed to pay more than £1m tax.

The Insolvency Service said Mr Middleton and his wife, Emilie, “were taking millions of pounds out of” their company when it should have been paying the tax instead.

The couple’s “media representation services” company, Sway and Starting, went into liquidation in 2022 owing £300,000 in VAT and £800,000 in corporation tax.

It had had £4.5m income in the previous three years, “indicating it had enough income to pay the tax it owed in full”, the Insolvency Service said. Meanwhile,…

GrowthOps formed in late 2017 as part of an eight-way merger, acquiring AJF Partnerships, 3wks, Digital Moshi, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, jtribe, KDIS, Khemistry and Voodoo Creative.

A local source told AdNews 18 people in the Brisbane offices are out of a job without notice period.
