Oh So Yum was placed into voluntary liquidation at the end of October, according to Companies House.
It owes almost £150,000 to creditors.
The company was started as “Big Momma’s Waffles” in May 2015 by sisters Gurvinder and Harpreet Kaur with the aim of supplying cakes and desserts to people through its established retail outlet in Huddersfield and the newly emerging online platform model.
At one point, the company’s registered address was in Harrogate Road, Bradford but it rose to national fame in March 2022 when Harpreet was crowned winner of series 16 of The Apprentice.
