Influencers Helen Briggs, Myles Barnett and Chloe Ferry all posted Instagram stories for Debt Slayers, seen in December and January, featuring a link to the website.

Dewan Housing Finance Ltds erstwhile promoter Kapil Wadhawan has moved the Supreme Court, challenging the stay order passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on his offer to lenders, according to two people aware of the matter.
The NCLAT last week stayed the ruling of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), which had directed lenders of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL) to consider Wadhawans settlement offer of 91,000 crore.
Wadhawan appealed in the Supreme Court on Monday evening. Date for hearing the case is not known yet,” said one of the persons cited above.

The new owners of La Gondola say they have little choice but to tear the derelict Derby restaurant and hotel down after taking over the site.
Sam Elgie, of Elgie Properties, says the building is in such a poor state of repair that nothing can be salvaged, with some parts of it unsafe to be in.
The latest pictures from inside the former restaurant show just how dilapidated it has become, torn apart by vandals and squatters and scarred by the elements.

The sub-prime lender Amigo faces potential collapse after confirming that it will not appeal against a high court decision that blocked a scheme to cap customer compensation.
Amigo, which charges 49.9% interest and requires borrowers to provide a friend or family member to act as a guarantor, said it would consider all options and was looking at an alternative scheme to manage the costs of a surge in customer compensation claims.
However, crafting a new scheme could be costly and take months to complete, and would still need to be approved by its creditors and the courts.
