Hyderabad, Jan 12:  

State Bank of India has initiated corporate insolvency proceedings against IVRCL Ltd. In a regulatory filing made with the BSE, the Hyderabad-based infrastructure company has informed that the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) have been invoked by the lender.

The debt laden company said that SBI had initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against the company and filed an application against the company under regulation 7 of the IBC 2016 with the National Company Law Tribunal.

The company stated: “Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we inform you that State Bank of India (lender) has initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)…

A Callala Bay woman charged with failing to submit a report as company director within 14 days as required has been fined $2000.

Christina Margaret Koch, 41, did not attend Nowra Local Court prior to Christmas to answer the charge in a case brought by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.

Court papers said between July 20, 2015 and May 29, 2017, while in North Lakes in Queensland, Koch failed to submit a report regarding the liquidation of a company of which she was a director.

Koch was the director of Insite Solutions Pty Ltd and in accordance with section 475/9 of the act she failed to comply and make out a verifying statement for liquidators into the affairs of company within 14 days for the Supreme Court of Queensland.
