George Beattie (senior) signed a seven year disqualification undertaking on the 12 April 2017; Michelle Beattie signed a three years and six month disqualification and George Beattie (junior) was disqualified on 31 May 2017 from acting as a director of a limited company by Order of the Glasgow Sheriffs Court for seven years.

BERLIN, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) — Incidents of insolvency among German firms and individuals are on the rise, figures released on Thursday by the Federal Statistical Office show.

A total of 1,764 firms were declared insolvent by German district courts in May 2017, an increase of 1.6 percent compared to last year. Most insolvencies were filed in the retail sector.

District courts estimated that the outstanding liabilities of bankrupt firms in May 2017 amounted to roughly 1.6 billion euros (1.87 billion U.S. dollars). Galway Bay fm newsroom 208 Galway people have reached arrangements on debt or been made bankrupt in the last 3 years.
Thats according to the latest report from the Insolvency Service of Ireland.
The report covers the period from the beginning of 2014 to the second quarter of this year.
It reveals that 88 people were declared bankrupt during that time across the city and county.
A further 120 people reached an agreement on their debts in that period.
These include arrangements such as Personal Insolvencies, debt settlements or debt relief.
