(unreported), has dismissed an application by a company seeking to strike out, or alternatively restrain advertisement of, a winding-up petition brought by creditors. A report to creditors has been prepared by the liquidators of two Starleaton companies that entered liquidation earlier this year.
The companies that entered liquidation were known as Starleaton Holdings Pty Ltd and SDS Bidco Pty Ltd.
