The liquidator of Landmark Housing Projects Chennai Pvt Ltd has invited bids for the e-auction of the company’s prime land parcels measuring approximately 9.8 acres in Sholinganallur, Chennai, as part of the corporate insolvency process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. The combined reserve price for the properties has been fixed at Rs 192 crore, according to the auction notice. The assets, comprising four schedules of vacant lands located in Sholinganallur village, Kancheepuram district, will be sold together as a single lot on an “as is where is and whatever there is” and “no complaint” basis.

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KVOA) – Gov. Katie Hobbs announced the elimination of $429 million in medical debt for over 352,000 Arizonans on July 16, 2025. This initiative, in partnership with the nonprofit Undue Medical Debt, aims to improve economic stability and health outcomes for working-class residents.

“Economic stability is core to the Arizona Promise,” said Hobbs. “We’ve taken bold action to free Arizonans across the state from crushing medical debt.”

The Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted an application filed by Reliance Net Limited under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, against Zapak Mobile Games Private Limited, initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the mobile gaming company. The order was pronounced today, July 14, 2025.

The application was filed by Reliance Net Limited on February 12, 2025, claiming a default of Rs 1.32 crore as of November 30, 2024. This amount includes a principal sum of Rs 50 lakh and accrued interest of Rs 82.36 lakh at 10% per annum. The date of default was stated as October 31, 2022.

Luxury print and packaging specialist, Dayfold, has officially appointed liquidators and will be wound up voluntarily.

A general meeting about the liquidation took place on July 7th with Alexander Kinninmonth and James Prior, both from FRP Advisory Trading based in Southampton, appointed as liquidators of the company for the purpose of the winding up.

The liquidation follows a series of recent changes at Dayfold that include managing director Del Simmons leaving the company and a number of employees being made redundant. The company has reportedly been impacted by rising costs, challenging market conditions, and a period of poor trading.
