U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin (both D-Md.) joined Senator Patty Murray (D-Wash.), chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, and 20 of their Senate colleagues in urging Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona to expand student debt relief in the Departments upcoming higher education rulemaking.
