The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a company involved in transport services.
The undertaking was received for seven years from Gary Buchanan (47) of Dunlade Road, Greysteel, Londonderry, in respect of his conduct as director of GAB Transport Ltd (“the Company”).
The Company was involved in transport services with a registered office at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, Antrim, BT38 7AW. The Company went into liquidation on 26 May 2022 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £21,534.70. There was a total of £1…
