Debt Free Advice is a coalition of charities founded to bridge the gap in access to high-quality, free debt advice and prevent financial distress from escalating into crises such as homelessness, legal action or mental-health deterioration.
How did the partnership approach help?
The partnership provides a multi-layered, multi-channel support system to ensure accessibility for Londoners from all walks of life. It includes more than 30 face-to-face advice centres, more than 40 video advice kiosks and a dedicated helpline available seven days a week.
