(WBTV) – As Affordable Care Act subsidies expire at midnight ON Wednesday, more than 1.6 million people across the Carolinas will face dramatically higher health insurance costs, potentially leading to mounting medical debt. Experts are offering advice on navigating and negotiating medical bills.
