The Old Ram in Tivetshall St Mary, an 11-bedroom coaching inn dating back to the 17th century, closed at the start of January after failing to find a new tenant.
Manager Victoria MacDonald, who had run the site on the A140 just north of Diss for 10 years, said she was stepping away for “personal reasons”.
Now, she has put the company which ran the Old Ram into liquidation.

“I’ve reached the end of my tenancy and, sadly, no new tenant has been found,” Mrs MacDonald told this newspaper earlier this month.
“I’m stepping away for personal reasons and made the decision not to renew for another five years.
