The St Helens-based courier company, incorporated in February 2021, appointed Lauren Fitton and Steven Muncaster of Leonard Curtis as joint liquidators.
The winding-up resolution was published on 13 March.
Companies House records show its accounts were overdue prior to liquidation, indicating financial difficulties.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, with its listed phone number and email not recognised as valid.
Its website, however, remains live and continues to advertise courier services, including an active booking form.
