The Australian Federal Police (AFP) are questioning a repeat bankrupt businessman, and he is lashing out.
Gold Coast-based Sam Kanjo is undergoing a secret examination involving proceeds of crime allegations against his wife. The examination’s transcript almost immediately starts with the AFP’s lawyer putting “on the record” events just before proceedings officially started.
