Data center company enters bankruptcy despite Telkom’s stronger first-half performance
PT Media Nusantara Data Global (MNDG), a data center subsidiary of state-owned telecommunications company PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, has been declared bankrupt after failing to repay its debts, according to the company’s financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
The bankruptcy follows a ruling by the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, MNDG initially placed under a court-supervised debt payment suspension (PKPPU) before the court formally declared the company bankrupt on May 25, 2026.
