Licensed insolvency practitioners Helen Whitehouse and Gareth Bishop, of Swansea-based McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, have been appointed as joint liquidators.
Their appointment was confirmed on July 30 through what is known as a deemed consent process involving the company’s creditors.
