Edge Early Learning has entered voluntary administration, but its centres remain open and families have been advised to continue attending as normal while administrators assess the group’s financial position and options for the future.
Edge Early Learning has confirmed that Craig Shepard, David Johnstone and Stacey Clisby of KordaMentha were appointed voluntary administrators on 25 August 2026 to the group of entities trading as Edge Early Learning.
In a letter sent directly to families and carers, Edge said its Board had made the appointment “with great disappointment but the best interests of everyone at heart”.
