TM Civil Engineering Limited, registered at Gateway Business Park, was the subject of a petition presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
It called for the company to be wound up and for the court to appoint a liquidator.

The June action also invited interested parties to contact the court within eight days.
Now, Aver Chartered Accountants, has been appointed liquidator “following a deemed consent procedure”.
The nature of the company’s business was described as “construction of civil engineering projects”.
