A liquidator has been appointed to a Grangemouth civil engineering firm following court action by HMRC.
TM Civil Engineering Limited, registered at Gateway Business Park, was the subject of a petition presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court.
The action in June called for the company to be wound up and for the court to appoint a liquidator. It also invited interested parties to contact the court within eight days.
