Flip Out, based in the Mortimer Trading Estate, shut its doors on June 17 after a spokesperson said they had exhausted every option possible to keep the business going, but rising costs and historic debt had taken over.
The company behind the park, Jump House Hereford Limited, has since entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
A statement of affairs has now revealed that the company owed a total of £1,199,397.59 after assets were taken into account.
The business owed more than £498,000 to its director, more than £181,000 to Sockett Properties Ltd, more than £64,000 to HSBC Bank, more than £74,000 to HMRC, and more than £65,000 to Herefordshire Council.
