The case was filed by the company’s director Vladas Gaidys over insolvency, according to the report.
The court said Vilmorus was unable to meet its financial obligations to creditors.
At the end of March, the company had assets worth EUR 4,091, while its liabilities totalled nearly EUR 107,000.
Vilmorus reported revenue of EUR 227,000 and a loss of EUR 32,000 last year. The company also operated at a loss in 2024 and 2023.
Founded in Vilnius in 1993, Vilmorus is best known for conducting long-running opinion polls commissioned by the daily Lietuvos rytas, measuring public trust in political parties, politicians and institutions.
The company’s shareholders are Finnish firm Taloustutkimus, Gaidys and Danutė Tureikytė.
