NEC “Ukrenergo” has initiated a debt management operation for its sustainable development bonds, totalling US$825 million. This was made possible after the government, at the Ministry of Energy’s suggestion, approved a resolution to provide a state guarantee to the company, according to the Head of the Energy Department, Denys Shmyhal.
