4SC Limited, which had been registered at Parc Gwelfor, Dyserth, passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up at a general meeting held on August 26.
According to notices published in The Gazette, members of the company agreed that the business should be wound up voluntarily.
Jamie Playford, of Leading UK, was appointed as liquidator.
4SC Limited was incorporated in December 1998 and operated in business and domestic software development – it had previously been called Custom Software Systems Limited.
