Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking to file lawsuits against FanDuel and DraftKings on behalf of individuals who were enticed into using the platforms when they were under the age of 18, as well as anyone who was diagnosed with gambling addiction or a related mental health condition as a result of using the online sportsbooks.
Allegations have surfaced that FanDuel and DraftKings have maximized their profits by luring in as many people as possible, including with deceptive “risk free” and “bonus bet” promotions, getting players hooked, and keeping them spending.
