A petition was presented to Peterhead Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for HMRC for the Vegetable Oil Company Limited to be wound up and a liquidator appointed.
David Meldrum, of BK Plus, has been appointed liquidator to the Fraserburgh-registered company.

A floating bank charge was paid in full, according to the company’s records.
In its most recent annual accounts, to September 2024, the company showed a loss of £81,400.
