Adjusting and supplementing the Public Debt Strategy until 2030

Specifically, Decision No. 1989/QD-TTg amends point a, clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 460/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2022, on the perspective for building and implementing the Strategy as follows:

“a) Closely adhere to and concretize the key viewpoints, objectives, and tasks set forth in Resolution No. 07-NQ/TW dated November 18, 2016, of the Politburo on the policy and solutions for restructuring the state budget and managing public debt to ensure a safe and sustainable national financial system; the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; Conclusion No. 18-KL/TW dated April 2, 2026, of the Central Committee; and the resolutions of the National Assembly and…
