A REDDITCH joinery business has entered voluntary liquidation after 15 years, according to official notices published this week.
Redditch Joinery (Midlands) Limited, based at Unit 14 Thornhill Road on the Moons Moat North Industrial Estate, entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on Monday, October 26.
The decision was confirmed in notices published in The London Gazette on Tuesday, October 27.
The company, which was incorporated on October 19, 2011, operated in the joinery industry, with its registered activities including joinery installation.
Steven John Currie and Sophie Leigh Murcott, both of insolvency firm Currie Young Limited in Stoke-on-Trent, have been appointed as joint liquidators.
