Tax penalty waiver proposed for those who settle outstanding principal
The Ministry of Finance has submitted a draft National Assembly resolution to the Ministry of Justice for appraisal, proposing special measures to address outstanding tax debts and help taxpayers overcome difficulties in complying with the Law on Tax Administration.
The proposal also seeks to meet urgent requirements arising from Vietnam’s international commitments on the exchange of information upon request.
