90 people in Clare sought solutions to personal debt from the Insolvency Service of Ireland over the past two years.
The latest report from the ISS shows Clare had one the highest agency engagements compared to other counties on the Western seaboard between 2014 and 2016.
But the number of those who got help is in stark contrast to Waterford, where 277 residents sought solutions over that time, the highest in the country.
