ARCHER, Fla. (WCJB) -In Archer, Florida, frustration is building. As the city grapples with a financial crisis, some residents say they’re being shut out, despite offering their time and energy to help turn things around.
“We need a clean slate,” says Laurie Costello, a citizen. She, along with others, has been advocating for the creation of a citizen advisory committee, a volunteer group made up of Archer residents committed to helping the city navigate its challenges.
