BELGRADE Julie Foret, 10, says she really likes to play outside with her neighbor and bake, which is evident from the pink long-sleeve T-shirt shes wearing that reads, Bake the world a better place.
Julies mother, Elizabeth Scott, said her daughter is always considering the needs of others. She gave an example of when Julie saw someone on the street who looked down on their luck. She said her daughter wondered if there was anything she could do to make the persons life easier.
Shes a pretty selfless 10-year-old, Scott said.
