The Biden administration has withdrawn its efforts to provide protections to transgender student athletes and forgive student loans.
The Department of Education (DOE) issued a document explaining the withdrawal in the Federal Register on Friday, December 20, which cited the “multiple pending lawsuits” regarding Title IX and gender identity.
