A FAMILY trucking company that owed more than $500,000 to creditors and banks has been officially put into liquidation by administrators.
Pittsworth-based Oberhardt Transport will be dissolved after the decision was made by directors, creditors and administrators to wind up the business at the latest meeting at Fitzy’s yesterday.
While administrator Stephen Dixon, of firm Grant Thornton, did not publicly comment on the meeting, a report on February 17 stated liquidation was the best option.
It is believed about 12 jobs will go.
