Brookes Education Group UK Ltd, which ran Brookes UK independent school in Risby, near Bury St Edmunds, officially entered voluntary liquidation on Tuesday, September 9.
A winding-up order has been listed on Companies House.
Norwich-based company McTear Williams & Wood have been appointed as liquidators of the company.
Announcing its closure with immediate effect in July, a spokesperson for the school said “mounting financial pressures, including rising operational costs” and “unpaid fees” had contributed to it shutting its doors.
“It is with deep regret that Brookes UK School announces its permanent closure, effective immediately,” a spokesperson said.
