Liquidation of business linked to forestry manslaughter prosecution stalls – Stuff.co.nz

The liquidation started five days before Burr stood trial in the High Court in Palmerston North for the manslaughter of Lincoln Kidd, who died in December 2013 after a tree felled by Burr on a block between Levin and Foxton landed on Kidd.
