ETI Engineering Limited, which was founded two decades ago, passed a special resolution “that it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that the company is insolvent”.
It also agreed that Derek Jackson, of Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, has been appointed “for the purpose of winding up”.
The company slumped from a marginal net asset position to a £31,528 balance-sheet deficit as cash holdings fell from more than £55,514 to £1,098, according to its most recently lodged accounts, for 2024.
The small business is described as being involved in electrical installation, and technical testing and analysis.
