Grzegorz Bernat, of The Howgills, Fulwood, has been disqualified as a director for 10 years from October 7, following an investigation by the Insolvency Service.
Bernat was the sole director of Gregmax Ltd, a company incorporated in June 2018 which later entered liquidation in January 2025.
According to the Insolvency Service, Bernat caused Gregmax to apply for a £50,000 Bounce Back Loan on June 30, 2020, by declaring the firm’s turnover as £200,000.
However, investigators found the company’s actual turnover for 2019 was £52,788.
