Nashik: As many as 9,731 farmers in the district received the debt relief fund in the second phase of the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmer Debt Relief Scheme, 2026.The second phase disbursements allocated Rs 34.9 crore to 4,856 beneficiaries, who are associated with the Nashik District Central Cooperative (NDCC) Bank. Commercial bank accounts of 4,875 farmers received Rs 45.6 crore, completing the planned tranche of Rs 86.5 crore for 9,731 farmers.Ayush Prasad, district collector, and Kundan Bhole, the district deputy registrar of cooperative societies, confirmed that overall disbursements under the scheme have now reached Rs 260.2 crore, benefitting 30,072 farmers in the district to date.Official records…
