A Michigan judge has ordered MotorCity Casino Hotel to pursue a default judgment after the rapper missed the deadline to answer its lawsuit.
The September 11 order directs the casino to seek a judgment, with the matter to be heard no later than October 23.
The dispute dates back to March 2024, when Offset allegedly opened a $100,000 gambling credit line at the establishment.
