The Ogun State Police Command has helped a bereaved woman secure a waiver of her outstanding N300,000 hospital bill following the death of her baby after a Caesarean Section.
The woman, Precious Mathew, of the Ogooluwa area behind Owode Market, approached the Owode-Yewa Police Division on Sunday, over the outstanding bill incurred at Longe Hospital Medical Centre, Sabo, Owode-Yewa.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Command Public Relations Officer, Oluseyi Babaseyi, on Monday.
Precious had undergone a Caesarean Section at the hospital on June 30, 2026, but lost her baby after the procedure.
