The directors of Oishii Street Kitchen, in Distillery Square, off Dereham Road, have put the company into liquidation due to rising costs, blaming “unfair pressure” on the hospitality industry.
Its head chef, Danielle Wadsworth, and sous chef, Abigail Turner-Evans, will take over the running of the restaurant, with the company’s existing four directors retaining ownership of the Oishii brand name.

Owners Samuel Bianco, Nina Gooda, Thomas and Lucy Hurrell said their suppliers’ prices have “increased relentlessly” since the pandemic.
