The Green Bay Packers announced today they will team up with Verizon – the team’s official 5G mobile partner – to erase $100,000 of debt for Wisconsin veterans with every Packers win throughout the 2025 season.
The initiative, carried out in collaboration with ForgiveCo, will help ease the burden of medical and financial debt that disproportionately impacts veterans returning to civilian life and seeking care.
Unlike traditional assistance programs, no applications are required. Veterans will be identified through ForgiveCo’s random acts of kindness model and will be notified following each Packers win.
