Cumbria X-Press Limited, which made “over 2,500 deliveries across Cumbria and the whole of the UK every week”, has been wound up voluntarily and entered a creditors liquidation (CVL), official documents show.
A CVL is often used when a company is insolvent and cannot pay its debts, with licensed Insolvency Practitioners taking over and handling the process.
Mark Colman and Megan Singleton, both of Leonard Curtis in Preston, are serving as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the business.
