Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:T82U) slipped 0.7% on Monday after starting sale campaigns for three Australian offices. The units traded at S$1.37 at 11:51 a.m. Singapore time, versus Friday’s S$1.38 close.
The plan could turn about S$1.04 billion of stated property value into balance-sheet capacity. It also puts roughly S$30 million of annual net property income at risk, based on company data dated June 30.
