JABALPUR: A young man was killed with a knife for not settling a debt of 50 rupees, which he lost during a gambling game. After the incident, local residents severely beat the attacker, causing him serious injuries, and his condition remains critical.
According to information from the Civil Line police station, Abhishek Kol, 22, a resident of Richaai, went to meet his friend Karan at his house near Chhui Mine late Sunday evening. As they were walking a short distance from the house, they saw local youths gambling. Both approached them, and Abhishek placed a bet of fifty rupees and won. Sonu Kol, 22, refused to pay him the fifty rupees he won, leading to a dispute between them.
