Resolutions for winding up were effective as of April 2, with notice to creditors and then the appointment of liquidators coming on the same day. The notice was published by the London Gazette in the evening of 15 April, with Ninos Koumettou and Constantinos Pedhiou appointed as joint liquidators. There is no news at this stage on how many jobs could be affected by the decision.
